Our online service is offered under certain terms of use, which include information regarding payments, delivery, cancellations, withdrawal, and refunds, always in accordance with consumer protection regulations. By booking or using any Parkmotors service, you indicate that you agree with all this information.

By using the Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in Peru.

Content

The content and information on the website (data, text, music, sound, photos, graphics, animations, video, maps, logo, icons, code, or other material, as well as the infrastructure used to provide such website content) are our property. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or resell any website content, or any product or service obtained from or through the website. We hold the industrial property registration for several of these components, and any misuse by third parties may cause legal issues.

Price Control

We guarantee the same price across all the channels where you find us. Our team coordinates pricing and rates with our distribution network. Price quotes are subject to change without notice due to demand; they are only locked in once a reservation is made. Prices may increase or decrease depending on the season or special offers.

Currency Conversions

We use the dollar as the exchange currency because half of our customers are foreign, and the other half are domestic travelers. Currency conversion is handled by your credit card's issuing bank or company, which may convert the payment to local currency and charge fees. This means there may be differences between the amount displayed on our website and the final amount on your statement. Parkmotors recommends that you contact your bank or card company if you have any questions about currency conversion or applicable fees. The value of your reservation may be subject to taxes or foreign transaction fees applied by countries outside Peru.

Trademark

Parkmotors operates as a trademark of Compañía de Servicios Automotores S.A.C., with RUC No. 20612085383, serving as a booking platform for transfers to and from Jorge Chávez International Airport. Some vehicle units are owned by independent companies and not by agents, partners, shareholders, or employees of Parkmotors. Parkmotors is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any supplier for material or physical damage. We have our own fleet, but during high-demand periods, we are supported by these independent companies that go through a strict process to operate with us.

Passports and Visas

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, including passports and visas, are in order. We cannot refund cancellations for travelers who could not pass Peruvian government immigration controls due to incomplete personal documentation. To understand applicable passport and visa requirements, you should consult with the relevant embassy or consulate for information.

Maintenance

We have limited responsibility if the technical team stops the operation of the web application to prevent errors or update our content. Due to such tasks, some functionalities may be unavailable, which could affect your reservation. We will communicate this through our channels so that you can consider it when using our platform.

Payment

Payment processing is handled by IZIPAY S.A.C., with RUC No. 20603235780, domiciled at Av. Jorge Chávez No. 275 Int. Ps 7, Miraflores, Lima, Peru. Payment acceptance constitutes an agreement between you and this company. The payment platform was integrated into our website to facilitate transactions and usability.

Cancellations

Once you have made a reservation and wish to cancel, you can only request a refund 24 hours before the service is executed. Coordination will be made to issue a full refund through the payment processing company. If you wish to change any reservation details, such as the pickup location or time, this request is quick and entirely free. A reasonable notice period (2 hours) is requested for changes so as not to affect other customers. You are fully responsible for being at the meeting point at the time and date communicated through our support channels. Please verify the messages and graphical information we share with all customers. If you do not show up at the meeting point or do not comply with the tolerance times we grant, you will not be entitled to any refund or rescheduling, as your reservation will be classified as 'no-show.'
